Cardullo gets a 2nd chance at the Show

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Isotopes utility man Stephen Cardullo hasn’t played Major League affiliated baseball since 2011.
After making a name for himself at Florida State, Cardullo graduated and was picked in the 24th round of the MLB draft by the Diamondbacks.
Cardullo went on to play two years in the minors, never making it past AA ball. He was then released by the DBack’s and moved on to play in the independent leagues. This is almost like a purgatory for baseball players,
