California man dies saving daughter from electrified pool

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (AP) — Authorities said Wednesday that a father died in Southern California after trying to save his 9-year-old daughter from electrocution in a swimming pool accident on Easter Sunday.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the girl and five others were injured in the incident in Palm Springs.
The girl was in critical condition at Loma Linda University Medical Center Wednesday. A 10-year-old girl is in stable condition at the same facility. Everyone else was treated
