Business owner frustrated over mess left by transients

One business owner in Albuquerque says it’s the same thing night after night. Homeless people leave the parks in the area and head to businesses in the vicinity of Menaul Boulevard and Washington Street, leaving behind clothing items and needles. Some even start fires.
