Brown Mackie College to shut down in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– Brown Mackie College is shutting it’s doors in Albuquerque.
The school sent out a letter Friday informing students it would no longer accept new students and will “teach out” its current students.
In the letter the school says it will continue to stay accredited while winding down.
The college’s website says it is no longer accepting new students.
Albuquerque’s closing is one of 22 campuses being phased out by the for-profit college.
