Board votes to vacate Martin Luther King Jr. State Commission director

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The executive director of the Martin Luther King Jr. Commission, under investigation for theft of taxpayer money is out.
Tuesday, the board on a vote of 8 to 3 agreed to get rid of Kimberly Greene and the programming coordinator who deals with the commission’s budget.
The attorney general’s office is investigating the possible theft of tens of thousands of dollars by Greene and her possible forgery of an invoice from a group the commission was working for.
