Bill could give mountain bikers access to wilderness trails

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A bill pending in the Senate could give mountain bikers access to wilderness areas.
Bicycles have been banned in wilderness areas since the late 1970’s but the Human Powered Travel in Wilderness Areas Act could change that. Some argue that blanket ban never should’ve happened.
