Bernalillo County commissioners look at creating special tax district at state fairgrounds

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –  As state officials weigh the idea of moving New Mexico's state fairgrounds out of Albuquerque's International District, Bernalillo County commissioners are already looking at a way to fund tens of thousands of dollars of fixes on the property.
