BCSO investigating 10-year-old boy who was found after missing

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating how a 10-year-old Albuquerque boy went missing and was later found.
Deputies said Gabriel David was with a family member on Thursday night before he went missing.
Gabriel’s mother reported him missing Friday morning, but Gabriel was found in the South Valley later that afternoon.
Deputies also said the boy will remain in BCSO custody until detectives ensure he is in a safe environment.
