Battleship Fire sparks in Jemez Mountains

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A blaze in the Jemez Mountains has burned three acres and is zero percent contained, according to the U.S. Forest Service.
The Battleship Fire is said to be in steep terrain with limited access. Crews were on scene overnight and so far the perimeter is holding, the U.S. Forest Service says.
Fifty five firefighters are currently fighting the blaze, along with air support.
