Audit points to deficiencies in Sandia lab's safety tracking

A recent federal audit says Sandia National Labs is deficient in tracking safety issues in its nuclear weapons program, but a lab representative told the Santa Fe New Mexican that the issues identified don't reflect on nuclear safety requirements.
