Attorney General shuffles consumer protection staff
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) — Outdated in its approach and focused on the wrong job. That’s how New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas described his Consumer Protection Division.
This week, Balderas continued a reorganization of the team that handles consumer complaints and public-interest lawsuits in an effort to streamline the way his office responds to New Mexicans who feel as though they’ve been wronged by a business.
