Artesia police offering classes on law enforcement topics

ARTESIA, N.M. (KRQE) – The Artesia Police Department is giving citizens a glimpse into the life of a law enforcement officer.
Police are hosting a series of classes over the next several months called “A Taste of Blue.”
Classes will cover things like use of force, recruitment and self-defense.
After each class, students can ask questions and participate in live action scenarios.
