APS puts projects on hold due to pending lawsuit

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A pending lawsuit filed earlier this year against Albuquerque Public Schools is putting a hold on some projects the district was looking to work on.
The lawsuit, filed by Attorney Robert Pidcock, alleges the district broke the law in several ways in how it handled the February election.
