APS kids taste test possible lunch menu foods

When it comes to food, kids like what they like. But getting them to eat meals they think are tasty and fun, while also meeting USDA nutrition guidelines, can be tough. That’s why the Albuquerque Public Schools district is trying a new method to balance the two.
