APS east mountain schools, Bernco East Mountain employees on two hour delay

Among the closings for Tuesday, Feb. 14: Albuquerque Public Schools has announced a two- hour delay for east mountain schools. Bernalillo County employees who live or work in the East Mountains are on a two-hour delay.
