APD: Fatal accident on Coors caused by pedestrian error

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department responded to a fatal accident involving a pedestrian Saturday.
It happened at Coors and Avalon around 11:30 p.m..
Police say it appears the accident was caused by pedestrian error.
Police closed off a part of the road after the accident, but the area has since reopened.
The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
