All lanes reopened on eastbound I-40 at San Mateo

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Multiple lanes on eastbound I-40 at San Mateo were closed Thursday afternoon following a crash.
Police responded to the accident just before 12:30 p.m. Thursday. During that time, eastbound I-40 was reduced to one lane, causing traffic to back-up.
According to Albuquerque Police, the accident was cleared just before 1:30 p.m. and all lanes are now back open.
