All lanes closed on I-40 westbound at 4th Street

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – All lanes are closed on I-40 Westbound at 4th Street due to an incident, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
Albuquerque police say that the highway is closed due to a suicidal subject who is attempting to run into traffic. They say he has already caused one accident.
Motorist are being advised to seek alternate routes and expect delays.
