Albuqueruqe BioPark celebrates BUGarium grand opening

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The sun is out and the bugs are waking up. Even more so, at the Albuquerque BioPark.
Our crews got to see the grand opening of the BUGarium.
The exhibit, 10 years in the making, is now complete.
Over that time period, park officials have been collecting tons of bugs.
Park officials say it’s the largest collection in the southwest.
They say the exhibit does it best to remove the barrier between bugs and humans, so it’s not for the squeamish.
