Albuquerque teacher facing child porn charges arraigned

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Public Schools teacher who is facing child pornography charges was arraigned in federal court Friday.
Joshua Weitz pleaded not guilty to the indictment that charges him with distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Weitz was arrested on November 4th at his apartment on Comanche and Carlisle on 26 counts of child pornography.
