Albuquerque sees boost in commercial recycling

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – You’ve seen the commercials: Mayor Richard Berry encouraging Albuquerque residents to recycle more and increase recycling in their homes by two pounds each week.
But is the campaign working?
