Albuquerque Police unveil new staffing, resource plan

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department unveiled a plan Tuesday to get more cops out on to streets to solve crimes and help people. The plan is called APD PACT and was a year in the making.PACT stands for Police And Community Together. It comes from a private study the police department agreed to after entering into the DOJ Settlement agreement for reforms last year.
