Albuquerque Police to release skate park shooting video

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police is expected to release a high-profile witness video of a deadly skate park shooting Friday, following a judge’s ruling in public records lawsuit.
In an interview with KRQE News 13 Friday, Albuquerque City Attorney Jessica Hernandez says the city will not appeal a district court ruling, forcing the department to release the witness video of the March 2015 Los Altos Skate Park Shooting.
