Albuquerque Police make arrest in case involving thieves smashing store's wall with sledgehammer

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man accused of being involved in multiple burglary cases, including one where suspects smashed a hole in a wall to gain entry to a business, was arrested by the Albuquerque Police Department, according to court documents.Justin Duffy, 41, is accused of burglarizing The Hype ABQ Nutrition located at 4501 4th St. NW APT D, which occurred sometime between Sept. 13 and 14, court documents state.
