Albuquerque officer who kneed UNM student in groin wants certification back

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A former Albuquerque Police officer who is facing charges for kneeing a University of New Mexico student in the groin wants his law enforcement certification back.
The New Mexico Law Enforcement Board revoked Pablo Padilla’s certification after he was charged for rupturing the testicle of Jeremy Martin during a 2014 traffic stop.
