ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A leader in the black community and head of the NAACP in Albuquerque died on Monday. Dr. Harold Bailey was a well-known community leader in Albuquerque. He was first elected as president of the Albuquerque NAACP in 2000and then re-elected in 2012.
