Albuquerque mom arrested for DWI after crashing car with toddler inside

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque mom accused of driving her car up a utility support wire before it flipped with her toddler inside, has been arrested.
Erica Garcia was in the hospital recovering from her injuries. The Albuquerque Police Department says Garcia told doctors she had 30 beers the morning of the crash.
Police say the 2-year-old was buckled in a car seat, but suffered a skull fracture. Garcia was arrested for DWI and now faces charges for endangerin
