Albuquerque man makes more than a hundred turkeys

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – While many are getting ready to prepare a turkey for Thanksgiving, one small business owner is preparing more than a hundred.
With little help, Daniel Morgan is frying, smoking and baking turkeys at Pepper’s Ole Fashion BBQ on San Pedro across from Expo New Mexico to fulfill Thanksgiving orders.
“It’s very, very cumbersome because we have limited space to work with,” Morgan said.
