Albuquerque man facing murder, conspiracy charges arrainged

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A murder suspect appeared before a judge Monday.
Deputies say Steve Salazar and Andrew Romero killed Floyd Mascarenes on New Year’s Eve.
His bond was lowered from a quarter million dollars to $50,000.
