Albuquerque man faces charges for throwing rocks at drivers

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man police say threw rocks at drivers in Albuquerque appeared in court Thursday.
Timothy Garcia was arrested last year. Police say he threw large rocks at drivers along Broadway, damaging at least three vehicles.
One of the drivers chased Garcia near San Jose Elementary School and held him down until police arrived.
Garcia is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property.
