Albuquerque considers proposal to seize aggressive dogs

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – The Albuquerque City Council is set to consider a proposal that would allow the city to immediately seize dogs that attack and kill without provocation.
The Albuquerque Journal reports that the council will consider the proposal next month in response to two fatal attacks last year on small dogs that were on leashes being walked by their owners.
