Albuquerque breaks ground on park honoring fallen Officer Webster

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The community continues to honor an Albuquerque police officer killed in the line of duty last October.
Police, city leaders and family members broke ground on a new park dedicated to the fallen hero Friday morning.
The new Daniel Webster Memorial Children’s Park will be built near Copper and Wyoming — the first park of its kind in Albuquerque.
Officer Webster died after being gunned down during a traffic stop on Central and Eubank on October 21st.
