Accused purse snatching gunman jailed, held on bond

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– The accused purse-snatcher police say unleashed a round of bullets at eyewitnesses sit in his jail cell Sunday evening.
20-year-old Christopher Martinez made the short walk to appear by video conference before the judge Sunday morning.
APD says he grabbed a woman’s purse at a Taco Bell Saturday.
Isaac Russ, a nearby manager from Bob’s Burgers, heard the screams and chased Martinez down.
Russ say when he turned the corner Martinez fired some shots.
