Accused cop killer sentenced for past crimes

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The woman charged in the murder of Rio Rancho Officer Gregg Benner is going to prison for more than seven years for her past crimes.
Tabitha Littles was supposed to be sentenced in four separate drug cases last month but that hearing was rescheduled because prosecutors wanted to add four years to each count and the defense argued that was not part of the plea deal.
