Accused cop killer faces judge for different case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The woman charged in the murder of Rio Rancho Officer Gregg Benner was back in court on Tuesday for a different case.
Tabitha Littles was scheduled to be sentenced in four separate drug cases in Albuquerque from 2010 and 2011.
Prosecutors announced they wanted to add four years to each count, but the defense quickly fired back, telling the judge that was not part of the plea deal.
The judge decided he needed more time to make a decision.
