Accused cop killer asks federal judge to make life behind bars better

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of killing Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster went before a judge Wednesday to ask that they make his life behind bars a little more comfortable.
Davon Lymon is being held at the state pen on a federal charge of being a felon with a gun. He has yet to be charged with Officer Webster’s death, but will be at some point.
His attorney’s claim his constitutional rights are being violated because he’s being held in solitary confinemen
