Accused cop killer asks federal judge to make life behind bars better

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of killing Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster went before a judge Wednesday to ask that they make his life behind bars a little more comfortable.
Davon Lymon is being held at the state pen on a federal charge of being a felon with a gun. He has yet to be charged with Officer Webster’s death, but will be at some point.
