Abandoned UNM fraternity house to be torn down

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Heavy equipment will be rolling in to tear down an abandoned fraternity house on Sigma Chi Road near University and Lomas Tuesday.
The house was once the home of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. It’s been abandoned for close to 10 years. The fraternity lost its right to be on campus back in 2005 after rape allegations.
