A very warm week ahead

Temperatures continue to warm across the state this afternoon. Record breaking highs are on the way later this week.A high pressure system off the Baja is bringing ridging over New Mexico. This weather pattern is associated with sunny skies and warmer temperatures. The result is just the same. Albuquerque is expecting its first 80 degree day of the year. The average first 80 degree day of the year is April 10th, making this milestone right on par.
