A look inside CNM's new beverage facility

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A training facility on Central New Mexico Community College's campus is preparing students for the states growing beer, wine, and spirits industry.“It's completely hands-on. We are using the same equipment that you will find in any professional brewery,” Beverage Production and Management Program Lead Instructor Antonio Fernandez said. Fernandez mentioned the department's excitement about their newly renovated facility on CNM’s main campus.
