1 dead after being struck by train in Gallup

GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) – One person is dead following a train crash in Gallup Thursday evening. Gallup police said officers responded to the intersection of Second Street and Highway 66 around 5 p.m., where they found one person had been struck by a train. MDC investigating second inmate death in span of a weekTrain services in the area have been temporarily suspended while police investigate.
