Murkowski says repeal, replace should coincide

Murkowski told CNBC today that she and all Senate Republicans are still committed to repealing the Affordable Care Act.
“What we also want to do is make sure that we replace it with a structure that does right by the American people,” Murkowski told CNBC.
Murkowski ha
