Anchorage DA to decide whether to charges House spokesman

The Anchorage district attorney will soon decide whether to file assault charges against the spokesman for the majority caucus of the Alaska House of Representatives.
KTUU reports Will Vandergriff was arrested for felony assault after police say he was involved in an altercation with a woman at an Anchorage apartment late in the evening on June 12.
District Attorney Clint Campion tells The Associated Press that he needs more information on the case, but expects to decide on charges within a week
