Alaskan gulls carry drug-resistant E. coli

As antibiotic-resistant super bugs become more common, they’re beginning to show up in places we wouldn’t expect.

But Andy Ramey is one of them. He’s a research geneticist with the USGS Alaska Science Center in Anchorage.
It’s not the gul
