23-year-old killed in shooting at Hoover apartment complex

Hoover police responded to a report of gunshots at 4:49 p.m. to the Park at Hoover, said Capt. Gregg Rector. Once on the scene in the 2300 block of Rime Drive of Lorna Road, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
