Virgin makes 100Mbps standard for all broadband bundles

(Telecompaper) Virgin Media has made speeds of 100+ Mbps the standard for its revamped broadband bundles, as it launches the Virgin Fibre brand. The operator said the move reaffirms its position as the UK's ultrafast broadband provider with top speeds of 300 Mbps. The new Virgin TV V6 box will now also be included in the Mid, Fun and Full House bundles as a standard. Existing customers will be able to take advantage of the offer by upgrading.
