Tismi gains full MVNO licence in Iceland

(Telecompaper) Dutch MVNO Tismi said it has been granted a mobile licence and numbers in Iceland, where it is already a fixed line operator. The full MVNO status gives it the opportunity to offer services in Iceland without using local carriers, which it said has technical and financial advantages.
