Telia Norway offers MVNO access to get Phonero deal approval

(Telecompaper) The Norwegian Competition Authority said Telia Norway has offered remedies to smooth the way for its acquisition of Phonero. Telia has proposed to give MVNOs access to its national mobile network at set terms. The authority is therefore extending its approval process until 10 March while it analyses the suggestions.
