TDC sells hosting subsidiary to Maj Invest Equity

(Telecompaper) TDC Group said it is selling its subsidiary TDC Hosting to Danish capital fund Maj Invest Equity. The parties have agreed to keep the sale price confidential. This is part of its strategy to streamline its corporate services operations, it said. All of TDC Hosting's 300 workers will continue at the company under Maj's ownership.
