T-Mobile wins net neutrality case over zero-rated streaming

(Telecompaper) T-Mobile Netherlands can continue with its zero-rated music offer, a court in Rotterdam has ruled. The Dutch regulator ACM challenged the offer, saying it violated net neutrality. The court found that while the zero rating did violate the Dutch Telecommunications Law, the ban on price discrimination in the Dutch law does not apply in this case, as the EU's net neutrality regulation takes precedent.
