SoftBank, Aeris launch IoT, telematics JV in Japan

(Telecompaper) SoftBank and Internet of Things (IoT) services provider Aeris have established a joint venture in Japan. Dubbed 'Aeris Japan', the joint venture company will provide IoT and telematics services globally using the Aeris IoT services platform.
